Q: When does my company pay for your services?
A: WJH's fees are due only after the process of hiring our pre-screened candidate is complete. WJH will invoice you on the newly hired employee's start date. The fee is due and payable within 30 days of the start date.
Q: Does WJH interview all candidates?
A: WJH conducts telephone screening of all of their candidates before forwarding the candidate's resume for consideration. In addition, WJH makes every effort to meet each candidate personally, often at industry events, to evaluate his or her suitability for available positions.

A: WJH understands that your time is valuable. We will contact you only when a position becomes available that matches your professional qualifications and salary and benefit requirements.
Q: If WJH places me in a new position, what am I obligated to pay?
A: You are not required to pay any fees associated with our services. If one of our client companies hires you for a position, the client company will cover our fees.
